The Villa

The villa inside is approximately 120 sq mtrs and has a dining area, a TV room, a sitting room, a kitchen, 2 toilet / shower / bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. The villa is well established and typically old Spain in design, the recent modernisation of the inside has been very tastefully done to ensure that the villa has kept its traditional look and feel. The property is serviced by water, electricity and gas and has central heating (only required in the winter!) and fully air conditioned for the hot summers nights. Also it has an open fire for cosy winter nights in.

 

Outside, the villa has a large naya (balcony) area with fantastic views of the coast which is ideal for breakfast and lunch eating or just relaxing, reading or taking in the view. Also there is a large pool, sun terrace, BBQ area and beautiful gardens to relax in.

 

There is also a large lockable car parking area (will fit 2 cars) at the front of the villa with grape vines hanging overhead.

The Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge / freezer, a gas hob and electric oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster etc. It is conveniently situated in front of the BBQ area making it easy to prepare for lovely evenings of BBQing, eating and drinking in the peace and quiet of the long Oliva evenings. All the cutlery, crockery and cooking equipment can be found in the kitchen cupboards. The utility room has a dish washer and washing machine.

The Living Areas

The villa has three open plan rooms for living. The main living room contains a TV(Chromecast for Netflix etc) and DVD, it also has a lovely open fire place as a focal point of the room. The sitting room is a pleasant place to sit quietly and read or maybe listen to the Gypsy Kings on the stereo. Both rooms have wood beamed ceilings. The dining room has a large pine table and chairs and a traditional wooden hand painted sideboard.

The Bedrooms

The master bedroom contains a double bed and the second bedroom is a twin room. One of the living rooms can be utilised as a third bedroom for the larger party by utilising the comfortable bed/settee. The two bedrooms and living room are air conditioned and have built in wardrobes and a seat and small desk tables. A cot is also provided and can be found in the second bedroom wardrobe.

The Bathrooms

The villa has one shower room and one bathroom, both rooms have toilets.

The Gardens

The gardens are populated with many wonderful cacti, orange, lemon and grapefruit trees. Many trees surround the house making it very private and secluded. The gardens provide some much needed shade on the long hot days.

The BBQ Area

The BBQ is situated behind the villa near the kitchen and is surrounded by lovely plants and cacti. An overhead canopy provides shelter from the sun during the day and can be pulled back when eating at night. A stone table and seats are situated in close proximity to the BBQ.

The Pool and the Terrace

The large pool is 8 mtrs x 4mtrs and is approximately 2 mtrs deep at the deep end and 1 mtr deep at the shallow end. A raised terrace above the pool has a large stone table and chairs and an umbrella, providing an ideal place for a relaxing lunch next to the pool. The whole area is surrounded with colourful plant life and has fantastic views over the mountains and the coast.
